Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The room was small with not-so-great interior design, but it had a cute Japanese garden. On the upside, there was a large beer dispenser on the floor. The service was exceptional; the staff at the front desk were very helpful, directing us to a fantastic night out during the elimination festival and even kindly organizing another room for us. They were so friendly and gave us a ton of local tourist information that truly enriched our visit. The location, however, was a bit out of the way with not much to see on a casual stroll. It wasn't very close to the sights, but a short taxi ride could get you there. The dining experience was very good, although a bit pricey, and the view of the inner garden was amazing. On the facilities side, the home-made jams were a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was convenient, with access to shops and facilities, although it lacked interesting attractions nearby. The rooms, while spacious and suitable for a family with a young child, were disappointing due to being old, smelly, and not as depicted on the website. The service was friendly and helpful, especially the lady from Poland during checkout. The dining experience had good food but the prices seemed a bit excessive.
